This three layered woollen cloak with luxurious lining and a large hood is designed to be wind and rain resistant while flowing majestically in any conditions.
These layers along with the built in scarf help to ensure you are kept warm and snug too, whilst the arm holes in the side allow you to still perform tasks with your hands whilst keeping them out of the elements as much as possible.
